I'm 47 years old and fairly active, but weighed in at 125kg in April this year. I used the FT80 to set achievable training goals, and noticed fitness gains and subsequent weight loss. I am currently 102kg, resting heart rate is down to 51bpm and blood pressure is also down to 110/70. My target is to get down to 90kg - I hope to achieve this in November. I am also registered for my first triathlon in October.The polar FT80 has been the key driver in this effort - I have used it as my training partner and record keeper. I cannot cheat and it doesn't let me down.
