I have always been moderately fit, but never have had discipline to carry through with my training, until I bought my Polar RS 800CX training watch.Now when I train I download my training information to my computer and compare my training to the previous weeks training.Since I can see when I do not train it has become an obsession to see if I can outperform the previous week,or even do what I have planned to do for the week.I started out doing an hour or two a week, and now I am already at 12hours training a week.I have even set goals like training to ride the Trans Baviaans 230km 24hr mountain bike race next year, and I am confident that I will achieve my gols, because my new training partner never forgets an exercise and constantly reminds me what I have to do.Thank you Polar, I am losing weight nicely and have become very fit and healthy.
