Above all, I will immediately admit that motivation is almost always the lacking ingredient in any weight loss or fitness improvement program. Whilst setting initial goals can be easily achieved by sitting on a comfortable couch with a milk shake in one hand and a piece of strawberry cake in the other, following the carefully thought out program is another thing altogether.
