The Legendary Tour started 4th July from Monaco

The most recognized cycle race, Tour de France started 4 July 2009. From Monaco to Paris, the best cyclists in the world race through this grueling 21-stage and 3,500 kilometer long competition already for the 96th time.
Polar is sponsoring nine pro cycling teams during the race, the teams being Agritubel, Caisse d’Epargne, Euskaltel-Euskadi, Francaise des Jeux, Katusha, Quick.Step, Rabobank, and Skil-Shimano. Polar products with their cutting-edge features have been vital in improving the cycling performance of the riders of these teams in order for them to succeed in the long and exhausting Tour de France.
